Opened in May 2026, Fuglen Keyaki Dori is our flagship in Fukuoka.
Fukuoka is home to one of Japan’s most vibrant food and drink scenes, populated by warm people with discerning eyes. The coffee culture is equally rich, boasting small independent cafes, award-winning baristas and roasteries. Since opening our first Fukuoka shop near Hakata Station in 2022, it has been a wonderful journey. Yet, we were also seeking a standalone building in a location closer to the heart of the city—a place where we could dive deeper into the everyday life of the local community.
Fuglen Keyaki Dori is a long-awaited project that aims to do exactly that. Situated in the tranquil Akasaka area, within walking distance of the lush Ohori Park, our Fukuoka flagship is where we showcase coffee, cocktails and vintage design—the three pillars at the core of our business since the beginning—in its entirety.
The cosy neighbourhood is peppered with independent local businesses and residential properties. Here, we are open daily from 07:00 until late, providing our unique day-to-night experiences.
The name? We borrowed it from the nearby zelkova-lined street beloved by locals, with the hope of becoming part of the fabric of this city for many years to come.
